Penarth Exercise Group time change

We're changing the time of our Penarth Exercise Group! From next week's session (28th January), we'll be running half an hour later, from 2:30pm until 4pm. Nothing else is changing though - we're still in St Augustine's Parish Hall on a Tuesday afternoon, you just get a little longer for lunch to go down before your exercise!
