Knit and Natter - 11am-12pm
Bring along your latest project and enjoy having a chat while you work. Free to attend, no booking necessary.
Soup and Social - 12:30-2pm
Join us for lunch and a chat with friends. Free to attend, please let us know in advance if you plan to attend.
Côr Y Galon - 3:45-4:45pm (open from 3:15pm for refreshments first)
Our brand new choir, open to all voice types, ages 16+. Open to new members, please contact us to join!

Parkinson's Support Group - 2nd Weds of the month, 2:30-4pm
A brand new support group, in association with Parkinson's UK, for people living with Parkinson's Disease, and for their family and carers. Free to attend, no booking necessary.
Drop-in Afternoons - 3rd Weds of the month, 2-4:30pm
Pop in for some company, tea and coffee and craft activities - no cost and no booking necessary!
Non-Religious Pastoral Support with Stuart
Stuart join us at our Wednesday drop-ins for you to come and talk, and if you'd like more support or would prefer to chat more privately he is also available to arrange one-to-one sessions.

Tai Chi - 11:15am-12:15pm
Available in six week blocks, £30 bookable in advance.
Tech Support Sessions - 1st Thurs of the month, 2-4:30pm
Come along with your questions about your phones, the internet etc, and we'll try to help! Free to attend.
Meditation and Reflection Sessions - 2nd Thurs of the month, 2-4:30pm
Guided meditation followed by a reflective activity. Free to attend.
Drum Circle - 3rd Thurs of the month, 2-4:30pm
All welcome, no musical experience necessary. Free to attend.
Friendship Club - last Thursday of the month, 2-4pm (no club Aug, Sept, Dec)

Life Natters - 1st Wednesday of the month, 2-4pm
What gets you up in the morning or down during the day? What would you change if you were Prime Minister? Where did we come from and where are we going? Stuart likes thinking about these sorts of things and would be happy to share thoughts about them. Come and put the world to rights over a cuppa and biscuit with him. No ‘Party Politics’ in the discussion and everyone has to play nicely. Otherwise, no rules. The aim is that we feel better after chattering and nattering for an hour or two. Free to attend, no booking necessary.

Parkinson's Support Group - 2nd Wednesday of the month, 2:30-4pm
Our support group for people living with Parkinson's Disease, and for their families and carers. Come along for friendship, peer support, and a warm welcome. Free to attend with complimentary refreshments, no booking necessary. Running in association with Parkinson's UK.

Drop-in afternoon - 3rd Wednesday of the month, 2-4:30pm
We are open for anyone to drop in and see us! Pop in and see our staff and volunteers for a chat, a cup of tea, and craft activity. We'll have the kettle on and a warm welcome waiting so drop in for some company, free to attend and no booking necessary.

Non-Religious Pastoral Support with Stuart

Tai Chi - Thursdays 11:15am-12:15pm
Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise designed to help improve your mental health and physical wellbeing. Sessions are Thursdays 11:15-12:15 and are offered in six week blocks, for £30 per block payable in advance.
Booking is essential due to limited spaces so please call or email if you would like to come along!

Technical Support Sessions - 1st Thursday of the month, 2-4:30pm
If you've got questions about how to use your smartphones, tablets, laptops, the internet... Drop-in to see us and we'll try to help! Feel free to bring your devices along with you so we can sort through your issues together. Please note these are relaxed sessions working through your individual issues, rather than group digital skills taught sessions like the ones we hosted last year, so come along knowing what you want to ask for help with! Free to attend.

Meditation and Reflection Sessions - 2nd Thursday of the month, 2-4:30pm
Join Anna for some guided meditation followed by a reflective activity. Free to attend, but please let us know you're coming in advance. Themes for our upcoming sessions are:

14th May - Bluebell Forests

Drum Circles - 3rd Thursday of the month, 2-4:30pm
Come and join in our monthly Drum Circle! No previous musical experience necessary - a playful and non-judgemental space open to all. Free to attend, but please let us know if you plan to attend.

Friendship Club, last Thursday of the month, 2-4pm
Friendship Club meets at Y Galon once a month (except Aug, Sept, Dec) and costs £3 a session, with your first time free. Light refreshments included and transport can be provided if necessary. Please contact Kaye on 01446 793936 or 07968 746616 for more information.
Unpaid Carer's Events
