With Music In Mind is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company based in South Wales offering a regular service for older people in the community. We do this through the running of singing and social groups, gentle exercise and social groups, and our new community hub, Y Galon, in Cowbridge.
Our mission is:
To improve the lives, and quality of lives, of older people through singing, exercising and socialising in the community.
To reduce social isolation and loneliness, and improve physical and mental wellbeing of older people.
Singing, Gentle Exercise and Social groups for people aged 50+ in Barry, Llantwit Major, Penarth and Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan.
