Coming Up
We are so happy to have been able to run more unpaid carers events over the last few months! Very recently we took our carers and the people they care for on a short break to Holme Lacy House in Herefordshire, where they got to take part in lots of different activities and have a very well-earned rest and treat. Watch this space for photos!

Past Events
We always have a lovely time at our Carer's Events, and have enjoyed a range of different activities including an Introduction to Bowls at Cowbridge Bowls Club, days out at St Fagans National Museum of History and The National Botanic Garden of Wales, Relaxation and Stress Management sessions with Dr Terry Stuart, Games and Jigsaws afternoons, a drum circle, Craft sessions, and Afternoon Tea.
