November Half Term Group Closures

Please note that there will be no groups running during the week commencing 31st October 2022.

This means there are no groups running on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th November 2022.

There will also be no Penarth group on Wednesday 9th November, as it is the second Wednesday of the month.

The first group back after our annual leave will be the Llantwit Major exercise group at 14:30pm on Wednesday 9th November 2022.
