Closure of Llantwit Major Exercise Group

We are sorry to announce the upcoming closure of our Llantwit Major Exercise Group, which will have their last session on Wednesday 25th January 2023. This was a difficult decision to make, but unfortunately due to consistently low numbers the group was not sustainable.

We will soon however be trialling an exercise group in Cowbridge, so we hope to see some of our Llantwit members there! See more information below.
