The Covid-19 pandemic has affected all of us, and we are here to support our members to return to groups at their own pace.

Last updated: February 17th 2023

Government restrictions surrounding Covid-19 in Wales have now been completely removed, and we are pleased to be able to offer our full service back to the community. However, we know that many people are still worried about returning to groups after such a difficult few years. We are therefore continuing to keep the following actions in place:

  • Symptoms and Testing - please remain vigilant and do not attend our groups if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms. Where possible, take a lateral flow test before attending groups.
  • Hand Sanitiser - hand sanitiser will be available on entry and throughout each group.
  • Cleaning - tables will be wiped before use.
  • Social Distancing - chairs for singing are no longer spaced out, however you are welcome to move your chair further away or sit at the back if this makes you feel more comfortable.
  • Masks - masks are now optional, however we support those who want to continue to wear them.

If you have any concerns about returning to groups, staff members will always be on hand to talk and support you in the best way we can. Do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything you would like to discuss before you attend.

Please note that as with all things, there will still be a risk when you attend our groups. It is up to each individual to make their own decision on whether to attend, and to follow the guidance to keep all our members as safe as possible.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND OUR GROUPS IF YOU ARE DISPLAYING ONE OF THE THREE MAIN SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19:

  • A new, continuous cough

  • A high temperature

  • A loss or change to your sense of taste or smell

If you are displaying any of these symptoms, please book a test if possible. If you test positive for Covid-19 after attending one of our groups, we kindly request that you inform us so that we can take appropriate measures. Thank you for your cooperation.
